Hewlett-Packard Co. said it is reorganizing its highly profitable printer unit in the face of declining growth for the business.

The technology giant’s printing unit, which for years accounted for the majority of the company’s profits, makes consumer and commercial printers as well as ink cartridges, which provide a steady stream of continuing revenue. In a Webcast to employees Wednesday, print division chief Vyomesh Joshi said the unit’s five business units will be reduced to three in an effort to become more efficient at adapting to a marketplace in which consumers and small businesses are becoming less reliant on printing. Pros and Cons On The Raises of Fuel Cost

The raises of fuel cost ultimately is the way that Indonesia’s Government must take, at least it is the summary of what Minister of Financial, Sri Mulyani Indarwati said in any occasion of short dialog at Metro TV, one of private Indonesia television channel. It’s look like the government doesn’t has any sidestep according to save the APBN without raising fuel cost. There are another alternative solution like: increasing internal state fuel production, looking for another financial sourcing, taking over private corporation, and so many others, the point is to save the APBN being unstable because overloaded by so many heavy expenditures. It’s easy to talk but not to act, because every decision and every action must walk accordingly by law.

What if the goverment cancel the raising of fuel cost, what will happen? Sri Mulyani said that APBN will extremely has high allocation of expenditure for fuel cost, and it is clearly will be used to maintain the needs of rich people mostly.

In this case, the government will not play a game to make any wrong decision. All minister that has any concern to this case will think twice or more, to study from side to side, learn the simulation, and find out every bad things may happen.

Let’s be optimistic, and government need to be patient too, to carry on all the problem that Indonesia may faces in this economy pressure.
